Our take on the most popular cake of the decade. Red  chocolate sponge, rich cream cheese mousse and we added a twist with a silky chocolate ganache filling. Sprayed to perfection with a velvet Coco butter and dark chocolate.

Ingredients

Dry: Flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, milk powder, dark chocolate, almond flower, white chocolate and gelatine powder (halal).

Fats and dairy:vegetable oil, butter, cocoa butter, cream, cream cheese and eggs.

Flavourings and colourings: vanilla essence red food colouring.
